We design large-scale urban visions and spatial models - at the level of the entire city or region. Our approach is holistic and participatory: we develop co-creative processes and create new narratives with our spatial images. We activate local city makers and navigate with an experienced hand through the unpredictability of political processes.

We open the mindset for new stakeholder processes and concepts at neighbourhood level. Together with local actors, we develop strategies for the future of their neighbourhoods. We advise on the development of new operating systems and governance structures for urban spaces. A special focus of our work are the city centers - we reactivate the centers as the vibrant heart of the city again.

We are one of the leading experts and pioneers in digital participation and urban crowdsourcing. With Nexthamburg, we created an internationally renowned laboratory for participatory urban development. With our latest projects, we are taking the next step: from co-determination and co-design to the empowerment of organisations and people in creating the city by their own.

We are specialists for the day after tomorrow. With our own trend model and playful tools, we help municipalities and organisations to deal with the uncertainty of future developments. In intensive think tank processes, we work with our clients to develop scenarios that help them to prepare for the day after tomorrow.
