Katharina Grön

Katharina Grön studied urban planning at the Brandenburg University of Technology (BTU) in Cottbus and the HafenCity University in Hamburg. Katharina Grön has been working for urbanista since 2008, where she managed projects for the International Building Exhibition Hamburg (IBA), among others. She is co-author of "The Urban Housing Handbook" (2008) and "The Urban Masterplanning Handbook" (2013), which compares the development process and built structure of twenty current and historical masterplans worldwide. Katharina Grön is currently in charge of the development of "Raumwerk D" for the city of Düsseldorf, the Future Quarter in Paderborn and the development of the Beiersdorf site in Hamburg.
