Sören Rothert

At urbanista, Sören Rothert contributes his experience especially in the field of participation, public relations and concept development. His subject areas are interdisciplinary and versatile, whether inner city concept, mobility development plan, spatial concept or research project. He works at different scales and develops analyses, sketches, spatial representations and concepts. Co-creativity is an integral part of all his projects and so he has experience in workshop design and moderation.

Sören Rothert studied geography at the Ernst-Moritz-Arndt University in Greifswald and urban planning at the HafenCity University in Hamburg. During his Master's degree, he was employed as a student trainee by various companies. For example, he worked for BIG-Städtebau in the area of citizen participation and the preparation of preparatory studies and ISEKS, as well as for Drost&Consult in the area of competition support and most recently for urbanspace in project development.
