The future of mobility

Transport development planning Hamburg

urbanista accompanied together with ARGUS and planersocietät the development of the traffic development planning for the Hanseatic City of Hamburg. The traffic development planning is a structured planning procedure to find out which measures are best suited to ensure mobility in the city in the future. The development is supported by a mobility advisory board as well as by intensive participation formats together with citizens.

An interactive online game was developed as part of the project. The game gave people the opportunity to design the traffic of tomorrow by combining measures from a predefined catalog of measures according to their own needs.

In the display, one saw what effect one's chosen measures had on the goals. There were mobility-related goals, economic goals, ecological goals, social and health-related goals, and urban planning goals.
