Viele Mittel, eine Mole - Rostock participates
A dialogue process for the Warnemünde middle pier
The Warnemünde pier is "Rostock's gateway to the world". Numerous interests come together on the small plot of land, which has hardly been used to date. A consensus on the use of the area was not in sight for many years. Until now. With the project "Many Means, One Pier - Rostock Involved", we are finding out what the middle pier of the future should look like - always with the question in mind: what role will it play in the development of Warnemünde and the Hanseatic and university city of Rostock?
In a public dialogue, urbanista guides long-established actors, new faces and civil society to think outside the box and rethink the Mittelmole. The goal of the project is to develop a comprehensive mood picture of the possibilities of the Mittelmole in a "public report". With the result paper, we create the necessary conditions to make the Mittelmole fit for the future.
