Philipp Winter's work focuses on participatory, climate-friendly urban and regional development. He designs spatial analyses, development concepts and participation formats at different scales. He studied geography at the Humboldt University of Berlin and urban design at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus, the Cairo University and the Technical University of Berlin. During his studies, he worked as a student assistant in the departments of Cultural and Social Geography (HU Berlin) and International Urban Studies and Design (TU Berlin) and organised courses, urban excursions and international conferences at home and abroad. Since September 2021, he has been working at urbanista in the field of co-creative urban development and inner city development. He is largely responsible for the inner city concepts for the cities of Bremerhaven, Bielefeld and Darmstadt.
